Yoder Smokers Fundamentals: Get To Know Your Grill

If you own a Yoder Smokers pellet grill and want to learn how to make even better food on it, this class is for you. In our demonstration-forward and interactive Get to Know Your Grill: YS640s Fundamentals class, you’ll see two foundational cooking styles in action, low and slow smoking for things like ribs, chicken, brisket and pork butts, and over-the-flame grilling for cooking things like burgers, chicken breasts and brats. We’ll also cover how to set up the Fireboard app to track and manage your cooks from your phone. Armed with these bedrock skills, you’ll be ready to turn out fantastic dishes cooked on either end of this wide cooking spectrum

The class will be hosted on the ATBBQ patio by our in-house cooking and product pros. The event is free to attend, but tickets are limited. There will be refreshing beverages in a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere. There will also be time to ask questions, so if you have questions or hair-brained ideas for cooking on your Yoder Smoker, this is the best sounding board you’ll find.
